Our Decoration Options

We offer two types of decoration services: custom embroidery and direct to film printing (DTF).  Both methods achieve excellent results and there are factors to take into consideration when choosing which is the best method for your items.

Embroidery

The first thing that you'll need to know when ordering in bulk, is that custom embroidery does involve a small set up cost.  Our team will colour match your artwork to our embroidery threads, digitize your artwork file  to make it ready to stitch then we'll undertake test stitch outs to make sure that it runs smoothly.  Once we have your digitized embroidery design on file, you can re-use it again without incurring further set up charges.  Embroidery is very durable and ideal for left chest logos (Max area 10cm x 10cm)  as  well as the backs of garments. Not all garments, like Sportswear are ideally suited to embroidery and we would recommend DTF print instead.

Print (DTF)

DTF Print is more cost effective than embroidery and can acheive fantastic results. From simple one colour logos all the way to replicating photos, DTF prints are bright, crisp and durable and a well looked after DTF print will generally last the life of the garment. RGB/ CMYK colours can be matched perfectly to your logo or design too.
